Coming out of the the Pain-Body — The Thee Simple Steps
Sri Amit Ray explained the bliss body and the pain body of human system as follows:
“There is a pain body and a bliss body in human system. The pain body is the conscious experience with its neural correlates in the brain. However, the bliss body is the conscious experience with its Higher Self.”
Step 1: Identify the Bliss Body
“Your bliss body is the raising sun in your universe. You get inspirations, positive energies, and the new ideas out of your bliss body. It is always a beautiful canvas, where you can paint your dreams and manifest the things of your purpose.” — Sri Amit Ray
Step 2: Know you Pain Body
Eckhart Tolle has explained the pain-body as follows:
“It has two modes of being: dormant and active. A pain-body may be dormant 90 percent of the time; in a deeply unhappy person, though, it may be active up to 100 percent of the time. Some people live almost entirely through their pain-body, while others may experience it only in certain situations, such as intimate relationships, or situations linked with past loss or abandonment, physical or emotional hurt, and so on.
Anything can trigger it, particularly if it resonates with a pain pattern from your past. When it is ready to awaken from its dormant stage, even a thought or an innocent remark made by someone close to you can activate it.”
Step 3: Transform the Pain Body into Bliss Body
You didn’t find yourself good with the pain body. If you are unaware, you were becoming what the pain body wanted. You may be believing that you are not good. You may be thinking this is your comfort zone. It can be an addiction. Ray said, the bliss body is connected to the 114 chakras in the body.
The early you drop your pain body, it is better. To drop that you need to do exercises and meditations.
Eventually, you will come out on the other end and realize that you are the bliss body.
